Mr. Rosten has experience representing clients in civil and criminal litigation. He served in dozens of jury trials in his role as a felony trial attorney. He also has experience in filing and briefing appeals, and serving as a staff attorney at the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

SAMUEL ROSTEN
Mr. Rosten received his B.A., summa cum laude, in Economics and Commerce from Hampden-Sydney College in 2009 and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2012. While in law school, he was Articles Editor for the Alabama Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board.
Mr. Rosten served as a law clerk to Judge Eric Bruggink on the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, DC. He has years of experience in both the private and public legal sectors, and was awarded the Junior Prosecutor of the Year award for the State of New Mexico in 2021. Mr. Rosten has served in dozens of jury trials as lead counsel.
Competency and honesty form the foundation of his legal services. He has licenses to practice law in Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia.
